I'm at Mountain Home AFB. Can I be seen?

Once Idaho opens, yes, in coordination with your military primary care manager if you are on active duty; directly if you are retired, a veteran, or in the Guard or Reserve.

Where do I get labs drawn in rural Idaho?

Through your local hospital or critical-access hospital outpatient lab. We send the order; you walk in, usually early in the morning.

Can I keep my care at the Boise VA?

Yes. We coordinate with your VA team with your permission and never bill the VA.
