Plain answers for Hawaii
When does 9LINE Medical Corporation open in Hawaii?
After the four launch states (Arizona, California, Florida, and Texas), in order of waitlist demand. Booking is not open in Hawaii yet; join the waitlist and we will tell you when Hawaii opens.
I live on Maui or the Big Island. Does telehealth really help?
That is where it helps most. Visits are by video, labs are drawn at a local Diagnostic Laboratory Services or Clinical Labs of Hawaii site, and we coordinate with your VA clinic on-island.
I'm stationed on Oahu. Can I use 9LINE Medical Corporation?
Once Hawaii opens, yes, in coordination with your military primary care manager if you are on active duty; directly if you are retired, a veteran, or in the Guard or Reserve.
What about the time difference?
We schedule in Hawaii time. Early-morning lab draws (before 10 a.m. Hawaii time) are what matter for testosterone testing.
