Primary care and hormone management from a doctor who wore the uniform.

9LINE Medical Corporation is a cash-pay telehealth practice for veterans, retirees, and Guard and Reserve members, founded by a former Army family physician. One plain monthly fee. No insurance games. Your VA care stays yours.

Opening winter 2026–27 · Founding-member waitlist is open

Opening first Launching first in Arizona, California, Florida, and Texas. Other licensed states are coming soon.

Where are you located?

Telehealth care is available only where Dr. Rawson holds a license. Pick your state to see where it stands.

The name

Every service member learns it. Most never forget it.

Nine lines. No wasted words. Help on the way.

The 9-line is the MEDEVAC request: nine short lines that get a casualty picked up. It works because it is standardized, plain, and complete: the person calling knows exactly what to say, and the person answering knows exactly what to do.

That is the standard this practice is named for. Clear pricing you can read in one sitting. A physician who answers. Care that is complete instead of upsold. And when something is outside what telehealth can do well, we say so and get you to the right place.

Who we serve

People who have served, and the ones still serving.

Built for the military community

Veterans

Any era, any discharge status. Whether you use the VA a lot, a little, or not at all.

Military retirees

Continuity of care after the uniform comes off, including the records to back it up.

Guard & Reserve

Care that follows you between drill weekends, annual training and civilian life.

Active duty

Seen in coordination with your military primary care manager, never around them. Membership pauses for deployments and orders.

What we do

Four lanes. Each one done properly or not at all.

Care, not a protocol

Primary care for veterans

Ongoing care from a board-certified family physician: blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, sleep, weight, preventive screening, and the referrals you need, with your VA and military records in the loop.

  • Chronic conditions and prevention, managed over time
  • Medication management and refills
  • Referrals, records and coordination with the VA
Straight talk: some things need hands-on care. We tell you when, and coordinate it.

Hormone management

Evaluation of low-testosterone symptoms done the right way: the correct labs, a live video visit, a diagnosis before any prescription, and monitoring after it.

  • Two early-morning testosterone levels plus related labs
  • Fertility counseling for anyone who may want children
  • Women veterans' hormone care is on the roadmap
Not a TRT club: no diagnosis, no prescription. No monitoring labs, no refill.

Blast & TBI hormone screening

Blast exposure and head injuries can affect the pituitary gland and the hormones it controls. It is commonly missed. We screen for it and document what we find.

Why it matters: fatigue, low mood and low libido after a blast history deserve a real workup, not a guess.

VA claim documentation

Independent medical opinions, nexus letters and DBQs written by a physician who practiced inside the Army medical system. Flat fees, same price for members and non-members.

Evidence-based: we document what your records and exam support. We do not sell outcomes.
How it works

From first click to ongoing care.

Four steps, in order

  1. Check your state and join the list

Use the state check above. When 9LINE Medical Corporation opens in your state you get an invitation to book, first come, first served.

  2. Intake visit with Dr. Rawson

An extended video visit, not a questionnaire. We go through your history, your service, and your records, then order labs at a Quest or Labcorp near you. Recent VA labs can often be used.

  3. Your plan and your packet

A written plan in plain language, plus a VA-ready records and diagnosis packet that is yours to keep, take to the VA, or attach to a claim.

  4. Ongoing care on membership

Visits and messaging are covered. Follow-ups are tied to your monitoring labs, because that is how hormone care is done safely. Deploying or getting orders? Membership pauses at no charge.

Questions

The ones we get asked most.

Plain answers

Which states open first?

Arizona, California, Florida, and Texas. 9LINE Medical Corporation is launching first in those four states. Dr. Rawson is also licensed in Colorado, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Tennessee, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming; those states are coming soon and open after launch, in order of waitlist demand. Join the waitlist and we will tell you when your state opens.

Do you take VA benefits, TRICARE or insurance?

No. 9LINE Medical Corporation is cash-pay, and we do not bill Medicare, VA, TRICARE or private insurance. That is what keeps the price on one page. You keep every benefit you already have; many members use 9LINE Medical Corporation alongside their VA care, and we coordinate with your VA team whenever you want us to.

Is this a testosterone clinic?

No. 9LINE Medical Corporation is a primary care and hormone management practice. Testosterone therapy is one treatment we offer when the labs and the diagnosis support it, with monitoring afterward. If your levels are normal, we say so and look for the real cause of how you feel. Anyone who may want children gets fertility counseling before any decision.

Do I have to become a member?

No. Everyone has the same intake evaluation. After that you can join membership or pay per follow-up visit. The à-la-carte menu, including claim documentation, is the same price either way.

Where do I get labs done?

At a Quest or Labcorp draw site near you, paid at their cash price. If you have recent labs from the VA or elsewhere, send them; we often can use them and skip the repeat.

Can I keep my VA doctor?

Yes, and we encourage it. You decide what we share and with whom. We coordinate with your VA or military providers; we never ask you to choose.

I am on active duty. Can I use 9LINE Medical Corporation?

Yes, in coordination with your military primary care manager. Hormone therapy for active-duty members follows a coordination protocol we explain at intake, because your readiness status and your medical record belong together. Deployments and orders pause your membership at no charge.

I am 65 or older. Does that change anything?

Before you enroll in membership we confirm how Medicare rules apply to a cash membership and walk you through it in writing. Claim documentation (nexus letters, DBQs and independent medical opinions) is available to you regardless.

How do telehealth prescribing rules work?

Prescriptions, including controlled substances such as testosterone, are issued only when clinically appropriate, after a live audio-video visit and the required labs, and in line with state and federal law. Those federal rules are changing; if a rule ever requires an in-person visit, we tell you how we will handle it before it affects you. No treatment or medication is ever guaranteed.

Can my spouse or family join?

Not in our first wave. Family care is on the roadmap, so join the interest list and tell us who you would bring.

How is my information protected?

Clinical care happens inside a HIPAA-compliant medical record system, not on this website. The waitlist form is only a way to reach you, so do not include medical details in it. We do not sell or share your information.
