Privacy policy
How this website handles information. Last updated: September 4, 2026.
Overview
This privacy policy describes how the 9Line marketing website (the “Site”) handles information. Clinical care is provided through 9Line; health information collected in the course of care is handled under applicable clinical and legal obligations separate from this Site.
What this Site collects
This Site is a static website. It does not use a Meta Pixel or similar advertising trackers. The contact form opens your own email application with a draft to doc@9line.md; form contents are not stored on this Site’s servers.
Your web host or browser may automatically log technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. We do not control all third-party hosting logs.
Email and inquiries
When you email doc@9line.md or send a message via the contact form’s mailto flow, we receive the information you choose to include (such as name, email address, and message content). We use that information to respond to your inquiry and to schedule consultations as appropriate.
Cookies and analytics
This Site does not set advertising cookies and does not include a Meta Pixel. If your hosting provider or a future update adds essential technical cookies (for example, for security), those will be limited to site operation—not marketing profiles.
Sharing
We do not sell your contact information. We may share information when required by law, or with service providers who help operate email or hosting under appropriate confidentiality expectations.
Children
This Site is intended for adults seeking information about physician-directed consultations. It is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do.
